What is AgentMicro?
AgentMicro is a lightweight macOS menu-bar application designed for developers running multiple Codex tasks simultaneously. It reads local Codex session metadata and surfaces the most important task states at a glance, including thinking, unread result, needs input, error and idle. Each task also shows its project, current-turn duration and fast-mode indicator, while a single click can open the corresponding Codex Desktop conversation. AgentMicro is deliberately local-first: its base mode does not require an account or Accessibility permission and does not upload prompts, source code, responses or task history. An optional enhanced detection mode can be enabled for additional status detection but does not click, type or approve actions on the user's behalf.
