What is Drift?
Drift is designed specifically for robotics engineering rather than general-purpose coding. It can generate robot and world files, ROS2 workspaces, launch files, controllers and simulator configurations from natural-language instructions.
It currently supports ROS2 with Gazebo and MuJoCo, while Isaac Sim support is listed as coming soon. Drift can also run simulations, inspect ROS states, diagnose failures, modify workspaces and generate scenario variations for stress testing.
Drift can generate synthetic-data pipelines for RGB, depth, segmentation, point clouds, joint-state and force/torque data. Policy training through managed cloud GPU infrastructure is planned but not yet available.
