Morgen

Morgen is a calendar-first productivity platform designed to bring calendars, tasks, scheduling, and time management into a single workspace. The platform consolidates calendars from services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, and Fastmail, allowing users to view and manage multiple calendars together rather than switching between separate applications. Changes can synchronize bidirectionally between Morgen and connected calendars. Morgen goes beyond conventional calendar management by combining calendar events with tasks and projects. Users can bring tasks from Notion, Todoist, ClickUp, Linear, Obsidian, and other task-management systems into the same planning environment. The platform's AI Planner analyzes task priorities, deadlines, estimated durations, available capacity, and existing calendar commitments to recommend when tasks should be completed. Users remain in control and can review and approve the suggested schedule rather than allowing AI to silently rearrange their day. Time blocking is a central part of Morgen's workflow. Tasks can be dragged directly onto the calendar to create dedicated execution periods, turning an ordinary task list into a concrete schedule. For larger projects, users can divide work into subtasks and multiple focused sessions. Morgen can schedule longer tasks across available periods and account for existing commitments, helping users create more realistic daily plans. Morgen also provides Frames, which are flexible time blocks that can be used to structure recurring periods of work. Users can create blocks around activities, projects, tags, or themes and allow planning to adapt around those blocks. The platform includes scheduling tools for sharing availability and coordinating meetings. Scheduling links and booking pages allow others to find suitable times without the traditional back-and-forth process of comparing calendars. Team functionality allows users to view colleague availability and coordinate meetings. Morgen also supports conferencing integrations such as Zoom and Google Meet for adding meeting links to invitations and scheduling workflows. Morgen includes Smart Workflows and calendar automations for recurring planning and scheduling processes. Its product ecosystem also includes free scheduling utilities such as a Schedule Builder, Time Zone Meeting Planner, Scheduling Poll, and Calendar Link Generator. A major advantage of Morgen is that users do not necessarily need to abandon their existing task-management systems. Instead, Morgen acts as a planning layer above tools such as Todoist, Notion, Linear, ClickUp, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, and Apple Reminders. Morgen is available across desktop and mobile platforms, including Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android. Its cross-platform design allows calendars and planning workflows to remain available across different devices. The current product also includes Morgen Assist, which provides smart workflows that can operate with supported calendars even without requiring the full Morgen application. Morgen Assist currently supports Google, Outlook, iCloud, and Fastmail calendars.
