NexArt provides an evidence layer for AI systems that need more than conventional application logs and observability data. Its primary purpose is to create independently verifiable proof of what an AI system actually executed, including the relevant inputs, outputs, parameters, metadata, and execution context. At the center of NexArt is the Certified Execution Record (CER). A CER is a structured execution artifact whose covered contents are cryptographically bound using hashing. Changes to the protected record alter its certificate hash, allowing a verifier to detect post-hoc modification. NexArt separates execution, certification, and verification into distinct layers. The SDK can create execution records locally without a certification fee. The NexArt attestation node can then certify a record by issuing an attestation signature, while third parties can independently verify the resulting artifact without needing a NexArt account or trusting NexArt's internal database. Use cases include customer-facing AI decisions, financial and insurance workflows, agent tool calls, approval processes, incident investigations, audit requests, and regulated AI operations. For AI agents, NexArt can record individual agent decisions and tool executions and combine related records into Project Bundles. This allows multi-step or multi-agent workflows to preserve ordering and cross-step integrity rather than relying solely on mutable runtime traces. NexArt also provides a confidential execution approach. Sensitive inputs and outputs can be represented through cryptographic commitments instead of publishing raw content in the proof record. This allows a third party to verify that subsequently disclosed information matches the original committed data without requiring the sensitive content to be exposed publicly. The platform is designed to complement, rather than replace, observability tools. Logs and traces remain useful for debugging and operations, while NexArt focuses on producing portable evidence that can be independently reviewed outside the originating application or internal infrastructure. NexArt integrates with common AI and automation environments including direct API calls, its SDK and CLI, n8n workflows, LangChain applications, and agent workflows. The Node API supports certification and CER creation, while the CLI supports local workflows, CI pipelines, and offline verification. NexArt's verification model uses standard cryptographic primitives including SHA-256 hashing and Ed25519 signatures. Public verification can be performed through the hosted verifier, while independent verification can also be implemented using the record, published public keys, and standard cryptographic libraries. The platform is particularly relevant to organizations building AI systems that need defensible execution evidence. NexArt maps its records to evidence requirements associated with frameworks such as the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2, NIST AI RMF, and NIST SP 800-53, while explicitly stating that using NexArt does not itself make an organization compliant.
