What is TeamBrain?
Unlike conventional collaboration platforms that add AI features to an existing human-first interface, TeamBrain is designed around AI-readable structured knowledge. Team information is stored as plain Markdown, allowing connected AI systems to quickly read and update shared context without navigating complex application interfaces.
TeamBrain supports MCP so teams can connect AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other compatible AI tools to their shared workspace. AI can retrieve project context, update documents, create tasks, record decisions, and work with the team's shared knowledge.
The platform also provides project management capabilities including Kanban boards, calendars, comments, asset attachments, dashboards, decision logs, and automated daily email summaries. Teams can organize spaces around projects, clients, departments, or other organizational structures.
