VidiRelay

VidiRelay is an independent video-to-text workspace designed for creators, editors, marketers, SEO teams, agencies, researchers, and other professionals who regularly work with spoken video and audio content. Rather than providing only a one-time transcript, the platform combines transcription with editing, organization, research, subtitle export, sharing, and content repurposing.

Users can start with public video URLs from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook, or upload supported audio, video, text, and subtitle files. The platform also supports batch imports of up to 50 URLs and public collection imports. Private and local-network URLs are not accepted.

VidiRelay produces editable transcript segments with timestamps. Users can review the transcript against the source, correct names and numbers, modify timestamps, search and replace text, and add speaker labels when needed. This makes the transcript suitable for editorial review and further content production rather than being treated as a fixed text output.

The platform provides multiple export formats, including TXT, SRT, VTT, CSV, JSON, and DOCX. SRT and VTT support subtitle workflows, while TXT and DOCX can be used for reading and editorial work and CSV/JSON provide structured transcript data.

VidiRelay also includes workspace organization features such as transcript history, folders, favorites, transcript comparison, and read-only review links. This allows users to manage recurring transcript projects rather than processing each video as an isolated task.

Optional AI writing tools can transform transcript content into summaries, hooks, captions, rewrites, translations, and SEO-oriented drafts. These AI writing functions are separate from the core transcription workflow and are triggered when the user chooses to use them.

The platform also provides a Chrome extension that allows users to initiate transcription directly from supported public video pages.
